Understanding Alzheimer’s and dementia
Keystone Villa at Douglassville is holding a free dementia support seminar “Understanding Alzheimer’s and Dementia,” at its Personal Care building, located at 1152 Ben Franklin Highway E., on Wednesday, Feb. 8, from 5:30-6:30 p.m. Guest speaker Lori Dierolf from Open Door Training and Development will offer education and support on topics including ways to communicate with individuals at different stages of the disease and how to understand and deal with challenging behaviors.
