Women of the Workforce
Enjoy this special evening of networking and hors d’oeuvres followed by a performance “Court Martial at Fort Devens” at 8 PM. The show is based on a true story about a group of young, black women who joined the Women’s Army Corps during WWII and trained as medical technicians only to be restricted to cleaning duty by a racist Colonel. See how their refusal leads to a court martial and an uphill fight to change the status quo.
