Workshop: Courageous and Creative kids

Pillars of Light and Love is a non-profit launched in 2015 by business owner Kathy Opperman. The main focus of the non-profit is Stress and Life Management for all ages. Our goal is to educate children, teens and adults to reduce stress, have strong self-esteem, overcome anxiety, build confidence, and achieve effective coping techniques, positive communication skills, and healthy relationships. Donations raised for Pillars fund workshops and provide free stress relief services to those in need. Applications for free services are acquired through Staff@PillarsofLightandLove.org. Learn more: www.PillarsOfLightandLove.org Creative and Courageous Kids is for children ages 4-5 and centered on themes of creativity! This workshop is for children who LOVE inventing, making, and bringing their creative ideas to life! Each session will be a fun mix of staff lead activities and projects that the children will take home with them. Themes will include; Collage/Assemblage, Sculpture, Drawing/Painting, and more. Our mission is to ignite the creative passion in each child, while establishing a foundation in values and teamwork. This workshop will focus on the basic fundamentals of: Confidence, Self Esteem, Respect, Trust, Responsibility and FUN!
