Y Yoga in the Yard
Wear comfortable clothes, bring water and a mat and join us for an hour of Yoga outside on the lawn of the Pottstown Y from 7-8 pm on Tuesday, July 24. You will be guided in an experience that connects mind, body and spirit leaving you feeling peaceful, relaxed and wonderful. Open to the community - $10, ages 14 and up.
