Yoga Flow and Axe Throw

Join us for what’s sure to invigorate and empower your best Self!! Start with a Vinyasa flow, Vinyasa means to connect your breath with your movement, and follow it up with Axe Throwing!!! Come be a part of this feel good experience in a fun and supportive environment. Doors open at 6pm and Vinyasa starts at 6:30pm.
