YWCA Tri-County Area ''Black Heritage Celebration''

28th Annual Black Heritage Celebration focuses on cultural education, exposure to the arts as well as ethnic cuisine, fun and family.  Local talent is featured on Sunday, February 12, along with an award program at the YWCA Tri-County Area facility.
