Loan Servicing Associate

Once fully trained, this position has a hybrid remote work schedule.

Loan Servicing Associate supports the generation of loans and the servicing of the lending and collection portfolio with a focus on service to members. Performs clerical functions in the Lending Department.

Essential Functions:

• Maintain tracking system for receipt of titles and to record and satisfy liens on auto titles through the appropriate state Department of Motor Vehicles.
• Perform quality control review on loan packages.
• Perform duties associated with 3rd party insurance tracking, including force place insurance as required.
• Administer the gap, warranty and debt protection coverage programs including monthly submissions, claims, cancellations, and reporting.
• Assist in maintaining HMDA tracking system, monitor data on a quarterly basis and generate yearly report for submission.

Education/Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Two plus years of lending experience, preferably in a financial institution.
