What the TEAM can offer you!
· Paid training – No experience needed; we’ll train you.
· Our technicians earn $18 per hour during training. After training, with our
    performance-based pay plan, you can earn a good base pay per week.
· Bonuses and customer tips are in addition to your base pay
· 5+ days/week (including Saturdays, Closed on Sundays)
· Work independently.

What you can offer the TEAM!
· Reliable transportation to get to work and a valid and insurable driver's license
    required.
· High school diploma or equivalent required preferred
· Be able to meet physical demands of the position, including repetitive “push/pull”
    movements with heavy extraction equipment and moving/lifting at least 50 lbs.
· Forward facing customers every day. Teach them with your education on our
    services and our amazing customer service (Lead generation may be required).
· The ability to perform essential job duties, including the cleaning and maintenance of
    both residential homes and commercial environments.
· Keep your Van clean and tidy as if it was your own.
· Be an upbeat friendly face when performing any duty.
· The ability to communicate well in English (both verbally and in writing)
· Candidates will be required to have acceptable results from a motor vehicle record
    review, criminal background check, and drug screening.
