Lehigh Valley based commercial construction firm is currently seeking a full-time Project Manager to join our growing team. Competitive benefits and compensation package offered!
The key functions of this position include: Oversight of projects from inception to completion in collaboration with project team. The ideal candidate has a passion for construction and has had exposure to a variety of project types and sizes such as educational, healthcare, hospitality, commercial, industrial, etc.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in construction project management
- Technical or Engineering degree preferred
- Self-motivated and the ability to work in a fast pace environment
- Excellent written, oral communication, organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and Project Management software
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Effectively negotiate with vendors and subcontractors
- Experienced in writing scopes of work to be utilized for bidding and contract documents
- Skilled at preparing, managing, and maintaining project estimates and budgets
- Proficient in understanding, preparing and updating CPM schedules
- Able to conduct and document on-site meetings with project team
- Candidate must be able to pass pre-employment screening
