TPD is seeking an experienced highway engineer who will be responsible for managing design projects for PennDOT, the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission, and other agency/county/municipal clients out of TPD’s Pittsburgh Office. Primary responsibilities will include project management, design management, personnel management, business development, budgeting, and proposal preparation.
The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated record of managing and delivering agency projects in Pennsylvania or other nearby states.
