Loan Operations Specialist

We are searching for candidates who have the following:  knowledge of perfecting collateral; understanding and managing various types of loan documentation;  understanding property searches and appraisals; and adhering to bank and regulatory policies. The efficient use of the Outlook, Word, and Excel applications and the ability to interface with customers in a professionally acceptable manner are required. 

Job duties will include:

• Monitor workflow in shared Loan Administration mailbox
• Review and reconcile general ledgers daily
• Perform quality control and maintain document exception report
• Prepare loan billings and process loan payments
• Interface with customers with respect to billing, payments, and customer service issues
• Perform system maintenance to address billing and payment issues
• Prepare payoff statements and process payoffs
• Prepare and record collateral release and satisfaction documents
• Manage lien continuation process for encumbered vehicle titles
• Process advances and pay downs
• Manage bringdown tickler report
• Support the maintenance and electronic storage of credit files
• Comply with regulatory requirements of state and federal agencies
• Other duties as required
