As a host / hostess / server assistant you'll be the first and last point of contact with the restaurant as guests come and go - so, you'll be expected to become a true ambassador of the brand.

In this position here are some of the things you'll be doing:

• welcome and seat guests
• manage take out orders
• help guests with merch, gift card or take out purchases
• manage table rotation and wait lists
• assist servers in preparing tables for next seating
• helping keep the restaurant orderly and organized
• running food from the kitchen
• running drinks from the bar
• stocking service areas
• taking inventory of service materials
• pre-bussing and bussing tables
• communicating with servers and kitchen
• assist servers in cleaning and setting tables
• helping keep the restaurant orderly and organized
• assist with servers sidework
• assist the bar with stocking, glassware, ice and bussing
