Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work as part of an integrated healthcare team targeting participants with serious mental illness in an outpatient setting.
• Works closely with Program Psychiatrists monitoring prescriptions, charting, and medication authorizations.
• Administer injections at the direction of Psychiatrists hen necessary.
• Participate in multi-disciplinary treatment team meetings when requested.
• Complete all required documentation in a timely fashion.
• Consistently demonstrates professional behavior and uphold the Nurses Code of Ethics as accepted by the American Nursing Association.
• Absolute compliance with internal and external regulations, policies, and procedures.

Job Qualifications:

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with a minimum of 3 years' experience.
• Psychiatric/Mental Health or Substance Abuse experience preferred.
