Our ideal candidate has 0-3 years of experience, a strong work ethic, a desire to learn, the willingness to work cohesively within a team, and the ability to work on multiple projects. Additionally, we offer a creative, flexible, supportive, and fun environment!

Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assess infrastructure on a regular basis to ensure it continues to meet necessary demand
  • Respond to and resolve help desk requests
  • Respond to security or usability concerns and troubleshoot issues and outages
  • Manage daily operations of the IT Department
  • Develop new strategies and IT procedures to increase efficiency, enhance workflow and improve customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate the needs of in-house IT experts and remote employees, vendors, contractors
  • Protect data from outside infiltration, secure data storage, and other necessary means
  • Assist with the installation of new hardware and software and help train employees on its use
  • Offer suggestions for possible upgrades and changes within the IT Department
  • Perform duties that may be added by superiors and/or through discussions during annual reviews
  • May be required to travel to other offices in and out of state
  • May be required to work late, after hours and/or on weekends


Job Requirements

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Willing to learn the following software: Windows 10, Windows Server, VMware, Microsoft Office, Exchange, Office 365, Azure, AWS
  • Experience with Dell servers, workstations and laptops including repairing minor hardware components
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work on multiple projects and ability to meet multiple deadlines
  • Valid Driver’s License
