Personal Lines Insurance Agent

We are an independently owned insurance company based in Boyertown, Pa that is offering Full-Time employment.  Our long-standing company is looking for an enthusiastic employee to join our busy team.

·         Our company was founded in 1910 and is a trusted agency in Boyertown and the surrounding communities.

·         We believe in producing personal service for each client as well as providing creative insurance solutions to fit our client’s needs.
The Position: We’re looking for a Personal Lines Insurance Agent. The pay range we’re offering is $35,000 - $45,000 base pay plus commissions. There is great potential to earn in this position.

Requirements:

• PA Property & Casualty License Insurance License
• Valid Driver’s License

• Sell and service new personal line accounts (auto, homeowners, umbrella).
• Review applications and evaluate risk.
• Conduct quoting process according to Agency defined policies, procedures and guidelines.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Adheres to current laws and organizational policies.
