Ongoing Various Volunteer Opportunities!
| Tuesdays & Thursdays - 12:45-2:15 - Food Pantry Distribution. Clients come in to receive food. Help is needed to guide them through the process and assist them outside to either help them to their vehicle or unload the cart while they wait for their ride. Tuesdays - 2x a month - food delivery at 9 am - Help is needed to unload food truck and put away food. Usually takes 1-1.5 hours 1st & 2nd Wednesdays of the month - Anytime between 9:30-1. Help is needed to cook (easy lunches), distribute and clean up (dishes) after lunch. Every day at our family shelter - 5:45-7:15 p.m. - finish preparing supper for the residents, put away leftovers, clean up (some dishes) after dinner. Clearances are needed when working in the family shelter. There are also other times we have food deliveries. Contact can be made individually when the need arise. |
