Lighthouse Leadership Coaching And Development LLC, is a rebrand and relocation of Excelerate Consulting CC, founded in South Africa in 2004.

Partnering with Leadership Management Inc., Lighthouse Leadership provides world-class leadership development and mentorship to small and mid-sized businesses. With a specific focus on the company's unique challenges, we help leaders craft the goals and plans for its execution and then develop the necessary mindsets and behaviours to ensure the expected growth for each individual and the business.

We offer both in-house and open enrollment programs, which can be run in person or online, depending on the specific requirements and context of the results that will exactly meet your needs.

We offer a 12-month "Total Leader Program" for senior executives, as well as programs for high potential individuals throughout the organization.
