Lighthouse Leadership Coaching & Development LLC partners with business owners, CEOs, and executive teams to cut through complexity, strengthen leadership capability, and build accountable teams that execute with clarity.

Founded by Lana Potgieter, Lighthouse Leadership is the U.S. rebrand and relocation of Excelerate Consulting CC, originally established in South Africa in 2004. With more than 20 years of international experience, Lana brings a practical, strategic, and behavior-focused approach to leadership development for small and mid-sized businesses.

Many business owners start with a vision of freedom, growth, and impact, only to find themselves pulled back into daily problem-solving, people issues, unclear priorities, and decisions that still depend too heavily on them. We help you to move from reactive management to confident, sustainable leadership.
