This marks the sixth consecutive year that Isett has earned this prestigious recognition, and the second year in the “Large Business” category.
 
The Top Workplaces program—initiated by Central Penn Business Journal and Lehigh Valley Business, in partnership with Best Companies Group—recognizes employers for establishing and maintaining workplaces that are positive, engaging, and meaningful to employees. The selection is based on a two part-evaluation of employee feedback gathered through an anonymous survey that measures employee’s experience, and the company’s workplace policies, practices, and demographics. 
 
Isett was recognized along with 133 other Pennsylvania-based businesses across small-, medium-, and large-employer categories. Isett ranked as the #22 large employer out of 37 total awardees in the category.
