PHILADELPHIA – December 23, 2025 – American Heritage Credit Union (“American Heritage”) proudly announces that Kristine Belser, Chief Human Resources Officer, has been named to South Jersey Biz magazine’s prestigious “Who’s Who in Banking” list. This annual recognition celebrates industry experts making significant contributions to their industries and communities, and Kristine’s selection highlights her strategic leadership and transformative influence on both American Heritage and the credit union movement nationwide.
 
While Belser has served in her current role, American Heritage has celebrated major milestones, including surpassing $5 billion in assets and the successful integration of strategies that celebrate the diversity and uniqueness each associate brings in their position. Her forward-thinking approach has created a true familial culture at American Heritage, where each associate is able to seamlessly collaborate with one another, aid membership in their financial journeys, and celebrate achievements.
 
Belser’s career spans three decades and includes extensive experience in the health care space building out HR functions and programs. She earned her MBA from LaSalle University and has served in numerous board roles for the Southeastern PA SHRM Chapter, including Chapter President and Diversity Director. She is also the Chair of the Middletown Township PA Community Parks and Recreation Board. In her current role as the Chief Human Resources Officer for American Heritage, she “takes great pride in the organization’s community impact and is inspired by and grateful for the work ethic and altruism of the incredible people she works with every day.”
