The Montgomery County Commerce Department is conducting a survey to better understand paid parental leave policies among businesses in Montgomery County and the surrounding region.
 
We’re interested in learning about current employer practices, the challenges businesses face, and how parental leave policies may affect employee recruitment and retention. Your feedback will help us better understand the needs and experiences of local employers.
