Nominations for the 2026 Small Business Awards are open from now through 2:00 p.m. Monday, December 22nd, 2025. To nominate a small business and view related forms, criteria, guidelines, and electronic submission BOX accounts, visit sba.gov/nsbw. 
 
The SBA National and Eastern Pennsylvania District Small Business Week Awards include:

• Small Business Person of the Year (National and District)
• Small Business Exporter (National and District)
• 8a Graduate of the Year Award (National and District)
• District Awards
  • Entrepreneurial Success  
  • Family-Owned Small Business of the Year
  • Woman-Owned Small Business Person of the Year
  • Veteran-Owned Small Business Person of the Year
  • Young Entrepreneur of the Year
  • Rural Small Business of the Year
  • Small Business Manufacturer of the Year
  • Blue-Collar Small Business of the Year

• SBA Form 3300, Award Nominee Background form. For “team” nominations, a background form is required for each team member.

• Authorization, Grant & Release of Materials form. For “team” nominations, a release form is required for each team member.

• SBA Form 3301, Small Business Person of the Year form or SBA Form 3315, District Office Award nomination form (for district award categories). 
• Digital photo – at least 300 dpi is required; photocopies are not acceptable. For “team” nominations, a photo of each nominee or group photo is acceptable.

• Optional - not more than 10 pages of supporting documentation such as a letter of recommendation or a nomination letter, and other evidence of the appropriateness of the nomination.
