American Heritage Credit Union Pledges Gift of $250,000 to Jefferson Health
The Gift Will Be Used to Support the Sidney Kimmel Comprehensive Cancer Center and the Patient Support Center Located at Jefferson Torresdale Hospital
 
PHILADELPHIA – December 2, 2025 – American Heritage Credit Union (“American Heritage”) is honored to provide Jefferson Health (“Jefferson”) with a gift of $250,000 to support the Sidney Kimmel Comprehensive Cancer Center and the Patient Support Center that are both located at Jefferson Torresdale Hospital.
 
As part of this gift, the Administrative Oncology Suite as well as the Patient Support Center and Discharge with Dignity Program have been named in recognition of American Heritage Credit Union. These mission-critical spaces support the healthcare providers, and they are improving the lives of patients in the Northeast Philadelphia community. The Discharge with Dignity Program ensures that all patients have the resources and essential items needed to leave the hospital focused on what is most important—their healthy recovery at home.
