American Heritage Credit Union Announces Regulatory Approvals for Acquisition of Three South Jersey Branches, Assets, and Membership from LINKBANK
 
PHILADELPHIA– March 26, 2025 – American Heritage Credit Union (American Heritage) has announced all regulatory approvals have been received to complete the previously announced purchase of branches, along with associated loans, deposits and fixed assets of three branches from LINKBANK, a wholly-owned subsidiary of LINKBANCORP, Inc, representing its banking operations in Southern New Jersey. The transaction, which is anticipated to close on March 31, 2025, is subject to the fulfillment of customary closing conditions.
