TriCounty Young Professionals Hosts Successful 2026 Young Professionals Summit Presented by Cherry Bekaert

Pottstown, PA The TriCounty Young Professionals Program welcomed local professionals from across Berks, Chester, and Montgomery Counties to the 2026 Young Professionals Summit, held at Spring Hollow Golf Club on May 14th. The event brought together emerging leaders for a morning focused on professional growth, intentional leadership, financial literacy, and meaningful networking.

Through engaging workshops, expert-led discussions, and interactive networking opportunities, participants gained valuable tools to help them grow personally and professionally while building stronger connections within the community.

The morning began with What’s Your Stretch? Communicating with Intention and Impact, led by Jenna Armato of Armato & Associates Training & Development. During the interactive workshop, attendees explored how self-awareness, understanding others, and stepping beyond their comfort zones can lead to stronger communication skills and greater career success.

Attendees also participated in a dynamic panel discussion on Financial Literacy in the Workplace & in Life, featuring Stephanie Ziegler of Diamond Credit Union, Vince Sciortino of Cherry Bekaert, Ryan Brumfield of Edward Jones, and Megan La Rosa of Tompkins. Panelists shared practical guidance on topics including budgeting, fraud prevention, workplace finances, retirement planning, and building healthy financial habits early in one’s career.

The Summit featured an inspiring session from David Charles, CEO of The S.T.R.I.V.E. Initiative, titled Leading with Purpose: Passion, Priorities & the Power of Intentional Leadership. David encouraged attendees to pursue their passions confidently, lead with purpose, and create meaningful impact both professionally and personally.

One of the most anticipated parts of the event was the interactive Move, Meet, Connect! roundtable discussions, where participants rotated through conversations designed to make networking approachable, engaging, and impactful. The activity allowed attendees to connect with peers while discussing real workplace scenarios and professional challenges.

The event was made possible thanks to the generous support of the Summit sponsors.
