American Heritage Credit Union Named a Best Place to Work for 2025
Proudly Recognized by The Philadelphia Business Journal for the Nineteenth Year in a Row

PHILADELPHIA – July 7, 2025 – American Heritage Credit Union (“American Heritage”) has been named one of the Best Places to Work (Extra-Large Category) by the Philadelphia Business Journal for 2025. This prestigious award recognizes companies and organizations that have demonstrated exceptional employee satisfaction, career development programs, and holistic benefits packages. This is the nineteenth year in a row that American Heritage has been named to this list.

American Heritage was recognized in the Extra-Large Category of the Philadelphia Business Journal’s list. This distinction is given to companies with 300 or more associates. The Philadelphia Business Journal partners with Quantum Workplace, an employment and engagement platform, to create the list. Feedback surveys are distributed and assess employee satisfaction in areas of company culture, compensation, benefits, and trust in senior leadership. A composite score is then determined based on these surveys, and these scores determine the list.

Employee satisfaction remains at the forefront of American Heritage’s company culture. Associates are routinely provided with opportunities for career development and training, which aligns with their position level and career aspirations. American Heritage also has several associate-led committees of which all are encouraged to participate. These groups include the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee, the Adopt-A-Family Committee, and the Green Team Committee, among others. The Adopt-A-Family Committee holds various fundraisers throughout the year to raise funds for families in need of support during the holidays, while the Green Team Committee completes various highway clean-ups and donation drives all year long.

“Our success at American Heritage is a direct reflection of the commitment and dedication of our tremendous associates,” said Bruce K. Foulke, President & CEO of American Heritage Credit Union. “It is paramount that we offer our associates diverse career development programs and extensive benefits packages and resources, all within an inclusive and supportive workplace environment. Being recognized by the Philadelphia Business Journal for our efforts to provide a rich employee experience is truly an honor.”
