CHDC WELCOMES DENTIST PAULA DEMINGS, DMD, MPH

Pottstown – Community Health & Dental Care (CHDC) is pleased to welcome Paula Demings, DMD, MPH as a dental provider to its Pottstown health center location at 351 W. Schuylkill Road, Pottstown 19465.

Dr. Demings is a licensed Dentist and comes to CHDC open to see all ages – from kids to adults! Dr. Demings earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from Temple University Kornberg School of Dentistry in Philadelphia, Pa., Master of Public Health from Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in New York, NY and Bachelor of Science from Middle Tennessee State University in Murfreesboro, TN. A recipient of American Association of Public Health Dentistry, Dr. Demings was awarded Outstanding Achievement in Community Dentistry and Dental Public Health in May 2024. Her experience includes dental emergencies, composite restorations, crowns, extractions and more.

CHDC accepts most major Commercial, Medicare and Medicare supplement plans, Fee for Service Medicaid and Managed Care Medicaid plans and provide a health care discount for eligible uninsured and underinsured patients. For qualified patients receiving a 100% healthcare discount, the nominal fee for a medical/behavioral health/vision visit is $25, $40 for a dental visit and $7 for a prescription! CHDC can offer the health care discount because we receive annual funding from our Federal partner, Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) since 2012 as a designated Federally Qualified Health Center.
