TOMPKINS FINANCIAL ADVISORS STRENGTHENS PENNSYLVANIA PRESENCE WITH APPOINTMENT OF NEW MANAGING DIRECTOR
WYOMISSING, PA (August 5, 2025) – Strengthening its regional leadership, Tompkins Financial Advisors (Tompkins) has named a new Managing Director to serve its southeastern region. David Bolger, with 25 years of experience in the banking and finance industry, has been tapped as the new team leader of Tompkins’ wealth management services in Pennsylvania.

Coming to Tompkins from Citizens Wealth Management as a vice president and high net worth department and regional leader, Bolger is an expert relationship manager. His experience leading teams of experts to guide and advise high-net-worth families and business owners also included a nineteen-year career at Wells Fargo Bank, NA. Accompanying his experience, Bolger holds multiple designations and certifications, such as FINRA’s Series 7 and 66 licenses, and with Pennsylvania Life and Health Insurance.
An active member of his community, Bolger is a Board Member of the Main Line Chamber of Commerce and a volunteer for Habitat for Humanity of Chester and Montgomery Counties and Manna Philadelphia. He holds an undergraduate degree from Pennsylvania State University and a Master of Business Administration from Villanova University.
Bolger currently resides outside of Pottstown, PA, with his wife and two children.
