Annual Awareness Event

The Montgomery County Commission on Women and Families celebrates women and their accomplishments each year at this event.  This year's theme is "Working to Form a More Perfect Union: Honoring Women in Public Service and Government" featuring keynote speaker Valerie A. Arkoosh, MD, MPH, Vice Chair, Montgomery County Board of Commissioners.

A portion of the proceeds from this year's event will benefit the Commission's Women's Educational Scholarships.

The mission of the Montgomery County Commission on Women and Families(MCCWF) is to foster leadership; provide awareness of existing services; promote development of resources and advocate equal access to such resources in order to enhance the lives of women and families.

The Scholarship Fund is managed by The Montgomery County Foundation, Inc.
