"Attitudes for Service" Workshop
This first in a series of “Refresh Fridays” will focus on the foundation of creating a customer service culture. Sam Iorio, Trainer & Executive Coach, Dale Carnegie, will present on how applying behaviors of helpfulness, genuine interest, and respect moves customers from hostile or ambivalent toward supportive and enthusiastic. Customer satisfaction stems from a series of interconnected causes and disciplines, and customer loyalty drives profitability and growth.
