Join us on Thursday, July 9th, from 5:00 – 7:00 PM at Iron Gate Biergarten for an evening of celebration, connection, and recognition of the local young professionals shaping our community.
Enjoy a casual summer evening featuring food, drinks, networking opportunities, and—most importantly—celebrating the incredible young professionals who are making an impact in their workplaces, industries, and communities. Enjoy delicious bites, 2 drink tickets, and refreshing beverages in a lively outdoor setting.

We are proud to recognize the following young professionals for their outstanding achievements:

Community/Social Impact Award – Amanda Eckert, Reading Royals
Amanda goes above and beyond to create meaningful community impact through her work with the Reading Royals. She serves on the board for Girls on the Run Berks, volunteers for ProBerco's Harmony Walk, teaches as an adjunct professor at RACC, and is a Leadership TriCounty graduate. Her compassion, initiative, and dedication bring every partnership to life in thoughtful, uplifting ways. -
Health & Wellness Award – Kait Weber, Unleashed Counseling
Kait is a Licensed Social Worker and community leader in mental health. She mentors interns, launched the Unleashed Farm, and partners with the LGBT Center to expand access to care. Her creativity, empathy, and leadership make a tangible difference in the mental health and wellness of the community. -
Game Changer Award – Owen Magers, The Victory Bank
Owen has demonstrated exceptional innovation and leadership at The Victory Bank, advancing from part-time courier to Assistant to the CEO while completing his degree at Penn State University. His forward-thinking ideas, problem-solving skills, and dedication to both workplace culture and community initiatives make him a true game changer.
