Basic Wine Chemistry
In this course we'll examine in layman's terms the basic components of wine chemistry. We'll discuss sugar and sulfate levels, pH, and total acidity to understand how they relate to one another. Our goal is not to make you a chemist, but to teach you how to make good wine. Learn how to make an enjoyable wine you'll be proud to serve and call your own.
