Free Paper Shredding Event
State Rep Tracy Pennycuick is hosting a free paper shredding event on Saturday, April 2, from 9 a.m. to noon, (or until the truck is full) at Perkiomen Valley Middle School West, 220 Big Road in Zieglerville.
The event, which will feature an on-site industrial paper shredder from Wiggins Shredding, will provide the opportunity for households to shred up to two packing boxes of materials. Cardboard boxes and plastic bags will be returned; paper bags can be shredded along with the other material.
This is a great opportunity for residents to get rid of large amounts of unwanted documents containing personal information that could be used to steal their identity or cause other harm.
