Healthy Wellness Weekend EXPO

We are excited to invite you to participate as a vendor in our upcoming Healthy Wellness Weekend EXPO, a community-centered event focused on health, healing, and wholeness. The event will be held on Saturday, August 2, 2025 from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and will include two dynamic segments:

• Outdoor Experience: Our outdoor area will host the majority of vendors, small businesses, and wellness booths, creating a vibrant and interactive market-style atmosphere.
• Indoor Experience: Inside, we’ll offer specialized activities tailored to seniors, along with health presentations, wellness talks, and other focused sessions.

We’re seeking local businesses, health professionals, and wellness-focused organizations to set up tables, share information, and engage with our attendees. This is a great opportunity to introduce your services and products to the community while showing your support for healthy living.
 
Vendor Details:

• Vendor Fee: No cost for a 10x10 tent space if you are a non-profit or if you are a business willing to raffle off a free item
• Bring: Your own tent, table and chairs along with signage and materials.
• Set-Up Time: 9:00 a.m.
• Event Time: 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

If you are unable to attend but would still like to support the event, we gratefully accept donations of giveaway items, services, or health-related resources. Your support will help us serve attendees and promote a culture of wellness in our community.
