"Managing Workplace Conflict" Workshop in Partnership with TCN

As we continue our workshops on “Refresh Fridays”, Adrean Turner, “Coach Adrean”, Career Fulfillment Expert, will focus on how to discover ways to understand and resolve conflicts that are disruptive or unproductive for team success in a workplace full of diverse employees with differing strengths and weaknesses.  A workplace conflict study says that 85% of employees experience conflict to some degree and the typical manager spends 25-40% of his or her time dealing with these conflicts.
