Membership Luncheon: Networking During a Pandemic
2020 put a full stop to in-person networking events, conferences and training programs, as well as internal networking around the water cooler. What this year has shown us is that working virtually is here to stay, whether it means coming into the office for only a few days a week, working exclusively from home or being back to the office full time. But what will be different is that everyone will be doing more connecting virtually―with colleagues, clients and new customers.
In this new world, the skills of virtual networking will be as important as face-to-face engagement. We call this Hybrid Networking™ and everyone will need to become good at both types of connecting.
In this session with one of Canada’s top networking experts, Gayle Hallgren-Rezac, you’ll learn the best practices for virtual networking and relationship building as well as face-to-face connecting. Everyone has to become a Hybrid Networker.
During this event, you'll learn how to:
• Effectively connect with clients and colleagues virtually
• Be seen and heard by senior colleagues if working remotely
• Meet new people virtually
• Raise your profile in your virtual networks
• Restart your face-to-face networking with new best practices
