New Overtime Rule Presentation
Stephen Katch, Chief Human Resources Officer, Boyertown School District, will present on the U.S. Department of Labor’s debated overtime exemption rule changes that take effect December 1. These law changes revise the Fair Labor Standard Act’s so called white collar exemptions among other changes.
