Richards, the 11th General Manager & CEO of the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA), which is the sixth largest transportation agency in the U.S. Ms. Richards oversees a budget of more than $2 billion and 9,500 employees. She is an advocate for women and diversity in transportation and government and has been recognized for her leadership in the industry and commitment to public service. We will have a conversation with Ms. Richards regarding "Your Potential of Influence and Power."
