Refresh Friday: Listening and Presenting

What: Refresh Friday Class to help you improve your listening skills as well as presentation skills.

 When: Friday, November 15, 2024

Where: MCCC South Hall, Room 216

Time: 8:30 AM- 10 AM

Why Attend:  Are you really listening to your clients and hearing them?  Drive your business by learning the strategies to REALLY listen to your customers, clients, and employees, and take what you've heard to help make impactful presentations. 

In this workshop, learn from Joe Rusiewicz, Executive Director of the Foundation for Pottstown Education, will teach strategies to listen better, and we will practice them in class. Once these strategies are put in place, you will be appreciated more and your customers, clients and employees will feel heard.

We will also discuss presentation skills that will help you make more of an impact with your message.  This is definitely an interactive workshop so please come prepared to participate.
