Job description:
Lehigh Valley based commercial construction company is hiring field superintendents. Competitive benefits and compensation package offered.
The Field Superintendent assumes ownership during a project’s execution phase, working directly with the project manager, client, subcontractors and office staff to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable schedule, scope, and budget.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 10+ years experience managing all phases of the construction from site improvements through close-out for commercial/industrial projects. Experience in multiple markets as well as ground up, renovations, multi-residential, hotels, etc.
- MEP coordination experience preferred.
- Self-starter, team and detail-oriented individual that can ensure that each project is completed at or under budget
- Ability to develop and carry out schedules
- Ability to run subcontractor/jobsite meetings and actively participate in Owner’s meetings.
- Ability to understand technical and regulatory code requirements
- Proficient with all aspects of contract drawings and project related documents
- Proficient with Microsoft Office programs – Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Candidate must be able to pass pre-employment screening.
