An ALIGNED TEAM sets the foundation for true collaboration through trust, clear communication, commitment and adaptability. It leads to a successful execution, better team performance and improved organizational outcomes.



Our Team Alignment Program is perfectly designed to engage and inspire everyone in the team with an open and growth mindset.  Our program includes 3 steps:

1. ASSESS: We apply the Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team^TM Assessment (powered by Everything DiSC^®) to every member of the team.


2. REFLECT: In-person or virtual workshop to dive deep into the team culture and discover how to communicate, build trust and collaborate to achieve results.


3. PRACTICE: Equine Assisted Learning activities to experience team work in an environment where horses help us see the best way to achieve results as a cohesive, effective team.
