Proactively building new commercial relationships through networking and outbound.
Quoting installation jobs (no bid) and preventative maintenance contracts.
Lead and supervise a team of commercial plumbers.
Manage daily service/install schedules and handle customer requests.
Collaborate with residential plumbing manager to manage on-call schedule for plumbers.
Keep accurate records of work performed, including materials used, time spent, and tasks completed.
Manage all vendor relationships, inventory, and purchasing for commercial plumbing.
At least 5 years of experience managing a commercial plumbing department.
Ability to quote custom commercial installations (no bid).
Experience building custom preventative maintenance agreements (jetting, drain cleaning, water conditioning) with commercial customers.
Experience with jetting, drain cleaning, and below ground work.
Excellent communication skills with customers and teammates.
Willingness to outbound and craft new commercial relationships.
Passion for your craft and the desire to be a part of a company that wants to be the best home services provider in the state.
Valid PA driver’s license
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in plumbing
Problem-solving ability to make decisions under pressure to ensure client satisfaction.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
You’ve only done residential plumbing. You need to be comfortable working on larger installation quotes.
You’ve only done bid work/construction work. We are looking for someone with more of a service/install background. We aren’t pursuing bid work.
Top of the Market pay.
We are open to a flat rate salary structure OR a flat rate + commission structure. Whatever works best for you!

$125 for every 1% increase.
