DIRECT HIRE SALES and MARKETING MANAGER OPPORTUNITY!
***Prior experience with technical product manufacturing preferred***
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals.
- Develop sales strategies and plans to expand the customer base and increase revenue.
- Monitor sales performance and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions to enhance the skills and performance of the sales team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and clients.
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and finance to ensure alignment of sales objectives.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management review.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Prior experience with technical product manufacturer
- Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales management tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
