This is 12-week cohort for business owners who want their teams to step up, use their potential, and contribute more effectively to the success as well as growth of the business.

This is not about what is broken, but about what is possible - bringing clarity of purpose for all parties; implementing new tools and proven strategies.

THIS PROGRAM WILL HELP YOU, THE BUSINESS OWNER:

1. Develop your leadership bench
2. Prepare a stronger second-in-command or team
3. Reduce owner dependence
4. Build ownership and accountability
5. Support succession, growth, or a future exit.

Consist of 90 minute per week cohort meeting and four additional 1 -to-1 executive coaching sessions.
